The Sintonia Bianco Irpinia from the Campania wine-growing region is a bright light yellow in the glass. Poured into a white wine glass, this white wine from the Old World reveals wonderfully expressive aromas of star fruit, physalis, gallia melon and mango, rounded off by other fruity nuances.
On the palate, this balanced white wine is characterized by an incredibly dense texture. With its lively fruit acidity, Sintonia Bianco Irpinia is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. On the finish, this youthful white wine from the Campania wine-growing region finally delights with good length. Once again, there are hints of guava and physalis.
Vinification of Vinosia Sintonia Bianco Irpinia
The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully balanced Sintonia Bianco Irpinia cuvée from Vinosia is Fiano and Greco Bianco grapes. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled. Once the wine is finished, the Sintonia Bianco Irpinia is carefully harmonized.
