More information
The Soave from Monte Zovo in Veneto reveals a brilliant, platinum yellow color in the wine glass. This Italian cuvée reveals wonderfully expressive notes of acacia, orange blossom, honeysuckle and vineyard peach in the glass. There are also hints of forest floor and sun-warmed stone.
On the palate, the Soave from Monte Zovo starts off wonderfully aromatic, fruity and balanced. The texture of this light-footed white wine is wonderfully light on the palate. Thanks to its lively fruit acidity, the Soave is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. On the finish, this youthful wine from the Veneto wine-growing region finally delights with its beautiful length. There are again hints of honeysuckle and jasmine.
Vinification of Monte Zovo Soave
The basis for this elegant Soave from Veneto are grapes from the Garganega and Trebbiano varieties. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for a few months before the wine is finally drawn off.
