The Soave DOC from Latium Morini sparkles in the glass in a brilliant straw yellow and delights with its fruity bouquet, which unfolds the aromas of crisp apples and peaches. These notes are supported by a wonderful minerality.
This Soave from Veneto is a balanced, fresh and wonderfully juicy pleasure experience on the palate. The delicate nuances of bitter almond typical of Soave can be detected on the finish.
Vinification of the Soave DOC from Latium Morini
This white wine cuvée is made from the Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grape varieties, also known as Verdicchio Bianco. The vines for this wine are rooted in limestone-clay soils in the Mezzane di Sotto region.
The grapes are destemmed and pressed immediately, followed by static clarification with the help of enzymes at low temperatures. The subsequent fermentation takes place for 15 days at 15 - 16°Celsius.
