Solaris Naran - Pravis

The elegant Solaris Naran from the house of Pravis splashes into the glass with a bright golden yellow color. Poured into a white wine glass, this white wine from the Old World offers wonderfully expressive aromas of mirabelle, lemon, ripe apple and green apple, rounded off by mint / lemon balm.

This wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine, this Italian naturally enraptures with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Taste does not necessarily need residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this balanced white wine is wonderfully crisp and fleshy. The final of this white wine from the wine-growing region Trentino-Alto Adige, more precisely from Trentino DOC, finally impresses with beautiful reverberation.

Vinification of Pravis Solaris Naran

This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Solaris. Only the best grapes were used for this exceptionally balanced varietal wine from Pravis. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Solaris Naran can further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.

Serving Suggestions for Pravis Solaris Naran

This Italian white wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to cabbage roulades, spaghetti with caper and tomato sauce or leek soup.
