Vinification of the Solidarity Rosé from Care Family Vineyards

The basis for the first-class and wonderfully balanced cuvée Solidarity Rosé from Care Family Vineyards are Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo grapes. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Aragon. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of limestone, shale and gravel. When the perfect physiological ripeness is ensured, the grapes for Solidarity Rosé are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of coarse and less selective machines. After the hand harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully milled. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Solidarity Rosé can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months...
