More information
The light-footed Pinot Noir from Weingut Lergenmüller flows into the glass with a brilliant light red color. With a little time in the glass, this Old World red wine reveals wonderfully expressive aromas of lemongrass, orange, grapefruit and blueberry, rounded out by cigar box, oak and oriental spices.
Weingut Lergenmüller Pinot Noir shows us an incredibly fruity taste on the palate, due in no small part to its residually sweet flavor profile. Due to the moderate fruit acidity, the Pinot Noir flatters the palate with a velvety feel, without lacking juicy liveliness. The final of this youthful red wine from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate finally captivates with beautiful reverberation.
Vinification of the winery Lergenmüller Pinot Noir
This elegant red wine from Germany is made from the grape variety Pinot Noir. After the hand harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of the fermentation, the Spätburgunderst can continue to harmonize for a few months on the fine lees.
