The balanced Spätburgunder lieblich from Germany is a single-varietal wine made from the Spätburgunder grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
