This single varietal German wine flatters the glass with wonderfully distinguished notes of blueberries, black currants, mulberries and blackberries. These are joined by hints of other fruits.

On the palate, the texture of this light-bodied red wine is wonderfully silky. Due to the moderate fruit acidity, the Pinot Noir Mild Qw Rheinhessen flatters the palate with a soft feeling, without at the same time lacking juicy liveliness. Vinification of the Pinot Noir Mild Qw Rheinhessen from Knobloch

This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Pinot Noir. Only the best grapes were harvested for this exceptionally elegant varietal wine from Knobloch. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully milled. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled. After the wine is finished, the Pinot Noir Mild Qw Rheinhessen is carefully harmonized.
