More information

The elegant Pinot Noir from the J.J. Adeneuer winery pours into the glass with a bright light red color. The bouquet of this red wine from the Ahr enchants with notes of violet and blackberry. If we trace the aromas further, blackcurrant and vanilla are added.

The J.J. Adeneuer Pinot Noir wine estate presents itself wonderfully dry to the wine connoisseur. This red wine is never coarse or austere, but round and smooth. The texture of this well-balanced red wine is wonderfully dense on the palate. The finish of this well-matured red wine from the Ahr wine-growing region, more precisely from Ahrweiler, impresses with a beautiful aftertaste.

Vinification of the Pinot Noir from Weingut J.J. Adeneuer

This balanced red wine from Germany is made from the Pinot Noir grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in large oak barrels at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by ageing for several months in oak barrels.
