Vinification of the Schlossberg Sektkellerei Superb Sekt Rosé
This elegant sparkling wine from Germany is made from the Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir grape varieties. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully pressed. This is followed by fermentation of the base wines. After the composition of the final sparkling wine, further ageing takes place based on the Méthode Traditionelle, classic bottle fermentation. The Schlossberg Sektkellerei Superb Sekt Rosé then matures for several months in the bottle and is finally disgorged.
