Vinifikation des Syrah Terre Siciliane IGT von Cusumano
Nach der Handlese werden die Trauben entrappt, kalt mazeriert für 2 Tage und anschließend findet die Gärung bei 26°-28°Celsius statt. Die malolaktische Gärung in Edelstahltanks auf der Feinhefe dauert mindestens fünf Monate an.
