Der Syrah Sicilia IGT von Barone Montalto offenbart sich im Glas in einem intesiven und dunklen Rubinrot. Dabei entfalten sich die verführerischen Aromen von dunkler Schokolade, Vanille, Gewürzen und dunkler Fruchtmarmelade.

Dieser elegante Rotwein aus Sizilien umschmeichelt den Gaumen mit seinen weichen Tanninen und den Geschmacksnoten von Vanille und Beerenfrüchten im Abgang.

Vinifikation für den Barone Montalto Syrah

Die Rebstöcke für diesen reinsortigen Syrah wurzeln auf kalkhaltigen Tonböden mit Eisen. 

Die Mazeration und Gärung erfolgte temperaturkontrolliert in Edelstahltanks. 70% dieses Weines reiften zusätzlich für 4 Monate in französischen Barriques.
