This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, Cabernet Sauvignon. Only the best grape material was used for this wonderfully balanced single-varietal wine from Frankhof Weinkontor. After the grape harvest, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
