Die Cuvée Tagtraum von Ellermann-Spiegel wird von Frank Spiegel aus Auxerrois und Weißburgunder vinifiziert und kommt mit hellem Citrusgelb ins Glas.
Die Nase dieses herrlichen Pfälzer Weißweins wird bestimmt von reifer Birne und allerlei tropischen Früchten wie Litschi, Mango und Mandarine dominiert. Am Gaumen ist der Tagtraum von Ellermann-Spiegel herrlich süffig, saftig und fruchtbetont. Das halbtrockene Geschmacksprofil sorgt für einen unglaublichen Trinkfluss.
