Vinification of the Lorenz & Söhne Tatort Roxheimer Höllenpfad Riesling
The balanced Tatort Roxheimer Höllenpfad Riesling from Germany is a single-varietal wine, vinified from the Riesling grape variety. The grapes for this white wine from Germany, after ensuring optimal ripeness, are harvested exclusively by hand. After the hand harvest, the grapes are quickly transferred to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off.
