The Temento Green from the wine-growing region of Styria appears in the glass in bright platinum yellow. This Austrian cuvée reveals in the glass wonderfully youthful notes of peaches, green apple and pears. These are joined by hints of other fruits.
This white wine from Tement is ideal for those who like as little sweetness as possible in their wine. However, it is never sparse or brittle, but round and smooth. On the palate, the texture of this balanced white wine is wonderfully light. Due to its lively fruit acidity, the Temento Green is fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this white wine from the wine-growing region of Styria finally inspires with good length. There are again hints of pear and green apple.
Vinification of the Temento Green from Tement
The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully balanced cuvée Temento Green by Tement are Welschriesling and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. After ensuring optimal ripeness, the grapes for this white wine from Austria are harvested exclusively by hand. After the harvest, the grapes quickly reach the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
