Vinification of the Tempranillo Rosado from Oleada Barcelona
This elegant rosé wine from Spain is vinified from the Tempranillo grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off. Once the wine is finished, the Tempranillo Rosado is carefully harmonized.
