Vinification of the Tempranillo from Biorebe
This red wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Tempranillo. Only flawless grapes were harvested for this wonderfully balanced single-varietal wine from Biorebe. After the grape harvest, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Tempranillo is allowed to harmonize further on the fine lees for a few months.
