The elegant Tempranillo from Biorebe bursts into the glass with a bright ruby red color. The bouquet of this red wine from Castile - León delights with nuances of raspberry, sour cherry and blackberry. If we trace the aromas further, leather is added.

On the palate, the Tempranillo from Biorebe opens wonderfully aromatic, fruity and balanced. The texture of this balanced red wine is wonderfully light and velvety on the palate. Thanks to the balanced fruit acidity, the Tempranillo flatters with a velvety mouthfeel without lacking in juicy liveliness. The finish of this red wine from the Castile - León wine-growing region impresses with a beautiful aftertaste.

Vinification of the Tempranillo from Biorebe

This red wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Tempranillo. Only flawless grapes were harvested for this wonderfully balanced single-varietal wine from Biorebe. After the grape harvest, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Tempranillo is allowed to harmonize further on the fine lees for a few months.

This red wine from Spain is best enjoyed at a temperature of 15 - 18°C with Thai cucumber salad, rocket penne or lemon-chilli chicken with bulgur.
