The barrel-aged Tinto Anada from the wine-growing region of the Balearic Islands offers itself in the glass in dense purple, ruby red. Poured into a Bordeaux glass, this red wine from the Old World offers wonderfully fragrant aromas of mulberry, blueberry, morello cherry and black cherry, rounded by oak, toasted barrique and cigar box, which contributes the aging in wooden barrels.

Vinification of the Macià Batle Tinto Anada

This powerful red wine from Spain is vinified from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Manto Negro, Merlot and Shiraz. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Tinto Anada is aged for another 2 months in American oak barriques.
