Vinification of the Tokaji Late Harvest Fulop from Füleky
This balanced dessert wine from Hungary is made from the Furmint grape variety. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Tokaj Hegyalja. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of loess soil. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the pressing house. Here they are sorted and carefully milled. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks and large wood at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for 6 months in oak barrels.
