The Trabocchetto Pecorino Colline Pescaresi IGT by Talamonti shines straw yellow in the glass. The fresh fruity bouquet reminds of apple Renette and ripe pears, framed by floral notes of jasmine and yellow broom. Pleasantly fresh and dry on the palate, with a nice acidity, very well balanced and integrated. Soft and fruity freshness in the finish.
Production of the Trabocchetto Pecorino Colline Pescaresi by Talamonti
The Pecorino grape variety from which this wine is made is an old autochotonic variety of the Abruzzo region in central Italy. For this pleasing Italian white wine, the grapes are gently pressed after selective harvesting and destemming. Fermentation is then carried out at controlled temperature for 12 days in stainless steel tanks.
