Vinification of Pravis's Trentodoc Blau Dorè

This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Pinot Noir. Only impeccable grapes were harvested for this exceptionally balanced single-varietal wine from Pravis. In Trentino-Alto Adige, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on limestone soils. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation of the base wines.
