Vinification of the Tresor Rosé brut by Pere Ventura
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Trepat. Only the best grapes were harvested for this wonderfully elegant single-varietal wine from Pere Ventura. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Then the fermentation of the base wines takes place.
