Vinification of the Triebaumer Trie Weiß
Chardonnay, Gelber Muskateller, Grüner Veltliner and Cuvée grapes form the basis for the first-class and wonderfully balanced Cuvée Trie Weiß from Triebaumer. After the grape harvest, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Trie Weiß is allowed to harmonize further for a few months on the fine lees.
