Vinification of the Trilogy Cuvée Red Rheinhessen Feinherb from Knobloch
The basis for the elegant Trilogie Cuvée Rot Rheinhessen Feinherb from Germany are grapes from the grape varieties Dornfelder, Lemberger and Pinot Noir. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After completion of fermentation, the Trilogie Cuvée Rot Rheinhessen Feinherb is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
