The light-footed Trockenbeerenauslese from the house of Kroiss Andi comes into the glass with brilliant golden yellow. Poured into a white wine glass, this white wine from the Old World reveals wonderfully expressive aromas of acacia and apricot, rounded off by other fruity nuances.

The Kroiss Andi Trockenbeerenauslese presents itself to the wine lover wonderfully dry. This white wine never shows itself coarse or meager, as one might expect from a wine. On the tongue, this light-footed white wine is characterized by an incredibly creamy and silky texture. In the finish, this wine from the wine-growing region the Burgenland finally inspires with beautiful length. Again, hints of apricot and acacia appear. In the reverberation, mineral notes of gravel and sand dominated soils join.

Vinification of Trockenbeerenauslese from Kroiss Andi

Basis for the elegant Trockenbeerenauslese from the Burgenland are grapes from the grape variety Chardonnay. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Burgenland. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of sand and gravel. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Trockenbeerenauslese is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
