This balanced red wine from France is made from the Trousseau grape variety. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in the Jura Mountains. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks and large wood at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
