In the glass, the Tyto Olevano Romano Superiore of Antonelli Marco offers a dense ruby color. The first nose of Tyto Olevano Romano Superiore flatters with notes of blueberry, blackberry, plum and sour cherry. The fruity hints of the bouquet are joined by more fruity-balsamic nuances.
This Italian wine tastes pleasantly dry. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. As you might expect from a wine, this Italian naturally enraptures with the finest balance for all its dryness. Taste does not necessarily need sugar. Full of pressure and complex, this light, crisp and silky red wine presents itself on the palate. The final of this red wine from the wine-growing region of Lazio finally convinces with beautiful reverberation. The finish is also accompanied by mineral hints of the soils dominated by clay and volcanic rock.
Vinification of Antonelli Marco Tyto Olevano Romano Superiore
This powerful red wine from Italy is made from the Bombino Nero grape variety. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Lazio. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of clay and volcanic rock. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After its end, the Tyto Olevano Romano Superiore can further harmonize on the fine lees for 12 months.
