Urgestein Riesling Sekt - Trenz
The light-footed primeval Riesling Sekt brut from Trenz shines into the glass with brilliant light yellow. The nose reveals all kinds of plums, Nashi pears, morello cherries, plums and pears in this Trenz sparkling wine.
Light-footed and complex, this crisp sparkling wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its concise fruit acidity, the primary Riesling sparkling wine brut presents itself extraordinarily fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this sparkling wine from the Rheingau wine growing region finally inspires with its beautiful length. Once again there are hints of apple and Nashi pear. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the soils dominated by clay and gravel are added.
Vinification of the Trenz Urgestein Riesling Sekt brut
The basis for the elegant Riesling Sekt brut from the Rheingau are grapes from the Riesling grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Rheingau. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of clay, sand and gravel. After the manual harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken down. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the primary Riesling sparkling wine brut can continue to harmonize on the fine yeast for 16 months.
