More information about Vaillons Premier Cru Chablis AOC - Drouhin Vaudon
With the Drouhin Vaudon Vaillons Premier Cru Chablis comes a first-class white wine in the swirled glass. In this it reveals a wonderfully dense, golden yellow color. If you give it some air by swirling, this white wine reveals a high density and fullness, which is evident in clear church windows at the edge of the glass. Poured into a white wine glass, this white wine from France presents wonderfully expressive aromas of black cherry, nectarine, plum and vineyard peach, rounded out by forest floor and sun-warmed rock.
This white from Drouhin Vaudon is just right for all wine drinkers who like it dry. However, it is never dry or brittle, but round and smooth. On the tongue, this powerful white wine is characterized by an incredibly light and velvety texture. The final of this white wine from the Burgundy wine-growing region, which is capable of aging, finally impresses with a beautiful reverberation. The finish is also accompanied by mineral facets of the soils dominated by marl and limestone.
Vinification of the Vaillons Premier Cru Chablis from Drouhin Vaudon
The basis for the powerful Vaillons Premier Cru Chablis from Burgundy are grapes from the Chardonnay grape variety. In Burgundy, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of limestone and marl. After the manual harvest, the grapes reach the press house in the fastest way. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by maturation.
