Der Valpolicella DOC von Latium Morini leuchtet im Glas in einem intensiven Brombeerrot und entfaltet seine sortentypischen Aromen von Kirschen und dunklen Beeren, wie Brombeeren.

Diese Cuvée ist am Gaumen intensiv, gefällig und saftig . Ein elegant frischer und tanninhaltiger Wein mit einer guten Struktur.

Vinifikation für den Valpolicella DOC von Latium Morini

Diese Cuvée besteht aus den Rebsorten Corvina, Rondinella und Croatina. Deren Rebstöcke wurzeln auf Kalk-Lehmböden in der Region Mezzane di Sotto.

Nach der Lese folgt die Entbeerung und Pressung, mit anschließender Kaltmazeration für 12-18 Stunden bei 7-8°Celsius. Die Gärung findet bei kontrollierter Temperatur statt, der Ausbau dieses Weines erfolgt im Edelstahltank.
