This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Pecorino. Only flawless grapes were harvested for this wonderfully elegant single-varietal wine from Farnese Vini. The grapes for this white wine from Italy are harvested exclusively by hand when they are perfectly ripe. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 12 °C. Fermentation is followed by maturation for several months in large oak barrels and stainless steel tanks.
