Vinification of Valdecuevas Verdejo Rueda
The balanced Verdejo Rueda from Spain is a single-varietal wine made from the Verdejo grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of this process, the Verdejo Rueda is allowed to continue to harmonize on the fine lees for 3 months.
