The basis for the first-class and wonderfully powerful cuvée Vermador Tinto Alicante D.O. from Pinoso are Monastrell and Petit Verdot grapes. After harvesting, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation . Once the wine is finished, the Vermador Tinto Alicante D.O. is carefully harmonized.
