Der Vermut Blanco von Muntaner ist ein mallorquinischer Wermut. Noten von Orange und Bitterorange, Kardamom, Lavendel, Menthol, Salbei, Süßholz, Zitrone und Grapefruit bietet dieser wunderbare Wermut. Ein süßer, spielerischer Wermut mit erfrischend bitterem Abgang.
Herstellung des Vermut Blanco Mallorca von Muntaner
Pber 40 Tage werden 12 verschiedene Botanicals (Beifuß, Wacholder, grüner Kardamom Sternanis, Holunder, Wermutkraut, Orangen- und Zitronenschale) mazeriert, danach wird der Extrakt destilliert. Mit der lokalen Rebsorte Prensal wird der Extrakt versetzt und auf 18% vol. aufgespritet. Keine zusätzliche Süßung.
