The Vermut Rosado of Muntaner is a Mallorcan vermouth. Notes of orange and bitter orange, cardamom, lavender, menthol, sage, licorice, lemon and grapefruit offer this wonderful vermouth. A sweet, playful vermouth with a refreshingly bitter finish.
Production of the Vermut Rosado Mallorca by Muntaner
Over 40 days, 12 different botanicals (mugwort, juniper, green cardamom star anise, elderberry, wormwood herb, orange and lemon peel) are macerated, then the extract is distilled. Local grape variety Prensal is added to the extract and fortified to 18% vol. No additional sweetening.
Food recommendation for the Vermut Rosado Mallorca from Muntaner
This vermouth is recommended neat and iced or as part of a cocktail. As a garnish berries and cherries are best suited.
