Vinification of Vernaccia Di San Gimignano Riserva Prima Luce from Cappella Sant'Andrea
This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Vernaccia. For this exceptionally balanced single-varietal wine from Cappella Sant'Andrea, only top-quality grapes were harvested. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and amphorae at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
