Viermalweiß - Stefan Bönsch

The Viermalweiß by Stefan Bönsch is a Saxon white wine cuvée from 4 typical grape varieties from the Elbe Valley. The nose presents itself floral with lots of liveliness and fruit. Müller-Thurgau, Riesling, Traminer and Scheurebe make for a harmonious white wine. On the one hand a lot of rich fruit with floral notes and hints of honey, on the other hand is a finesse rich acidity paired with a pleasant minerality. The white wine from the master cooper Stefan Bönsch from Langebrück near Dresden stands for a lot of drinking pleasure and liveliness.

His great experience in the vineyard and in the wine cellar make the wines of Stefan Bönsch a real insider tip. Together with the winery Kastler & Friedland Stefan Bösch belongs to the "Gemischten Bude", a loose association of Saxon vintners and a wine merchant, who regularly invite to events and tastings around the Saxon wine.
