The balanced Vigiö Bonarda Dell' Oltrepo' Pavese from Italy is a single-varietal wine, organically produced from the grape variety Croatina. In Lombardy, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of clay. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. This is followed by the fermentation of the base wines.
