More information
The Velenosi Vigna Solaria Falerio dei Colli Ascolani is a first-class white wine in a glass. It reveals a wonderfully brilliant, light yellow color. The first nose of the Vigna Solaria Falerio dei Colli Ascolani is flattering with notes of apples, quinces and pears. The fruity notes of the bouquet are joined by dark chocolate, cocoa bean and gingerbread spice.
The Velenosi Vigna Solaria Falerio dei Colli Ascolani is wonderfully dry. This white wine is never coarse or austere, as you would expect from a wine in the upper price range. The texture of this light-footed white wine is wonderfully dense on the palate. The finish of this youthful white wine from the Marche wine-growing region, Falerio DOC to be precise, ultimately delights with a remarkable aftertaste. The finish is also accompanied by mineral facets from the sand-dominated soils.
Vinification of the Velenosi Vigna Solaria Falerio dei Colli Ascolani
The basis for the first-class and wonderfully elegant Vigna Solaria Falerio dei Colli Ascolani cuvée from Velenosi are Passerina, Pecorino and Trebbiano grapes. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Marche region. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into sandy soils. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once it has finished, the Vigna Solaria Falerio dei Colli Ascolani can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for 4 months.
Dining recommendations for the Vigna Solaria Falerio dei Colli Ascolani from Velenosi
