The powerful Vigne Vecchi di oltre 50 Anni Piemonte Rosso from Italy is a cuvée made from the Barbera and Dolcetto grape varieties. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small wooden vats at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Vigne Vecchi di oltre 50 Anni Piemonte Rosso is aged for several months in oak barrels.
