The Vinho Verde of Casal Garcia from the Portuguese wine-growing region of Minho is an uncomplicated, light-footed and wonderfully fresh white wine.

Vinification of the Vinho Verde from Casal Garcia

This Vinho Verde is vinified from the grape varieties Trajadura, Loureiro, Arinto and Azal. Selected producers of the region provide the best grapes for this cuvée. The grapes are gently pressed and then the temperature-controlled fermentation takes place. Before bottling, the wine is filtered and stabilized by exposure to cold. Aging takes place exclusively in stainless steel tanks.
