With the Domaine Sibille Viognier comes a first-class organic white wine in the wine glass. There it presents a wonderfully bright, golden yellow color. Poured into a white wine glass, this white wine from the Old World reveals wonderfully distinguished and complex aromas of mirabelle, ripe apple, lemon and green apple, rounded off by mint / lemon balm.
On the palate, the Viognier from Domaine Sibille opens wonderfully aromatic, fruit-driven and balanced. Balanced and multi-faceted, this dense, fleshy and silky white wine presents itself on the palate. The final of this white wine from the wine-growing region of Languedoc-Roussillon finally convinces with beautiful reverberation. The finish is also accompanied by mineral facets of the soils dominated by limestone and clay.
Vinification of Domaine Sibille Viognier
This balanced white wine from France is produced organically from the grape variety Viognier. In Languedoc-Roussillon, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of clay and limestone. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately sent to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
