Vinification of Seebrich Viognier
This elegant Viognier from Germany is a single-varietal wine made from the Viognier grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
