This balanced sparkling wine from France is vinified from Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Champagne. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of limestone and clay. Following the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately brought to the winery. Here they are selected and gently broken up. This is followed by fermentation of the base wines.
