This wine tastes pleasantly dry. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. Here it is a real quality wine, which clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this Italian enchants naturally with all dryness with the finest balance. Aroma does not necessarily require much residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this balanced white wine is wonderfully crisp and fleshy. The final of this white wine from the wine-growing region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia finally thrilled with beautiful reverberation.
Vinification of Rado Kocjančič Vitovska Carso
This wine clearly puts the focus on one grape variety, and that is Vitovska. Only immaculate grape material was brought in for this wonderfully balanced varietal wine from Rado Kocjančič. After the hand harvest, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, Vitovska Carso can further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
