The winery Paco & Lola was founded in 2005 on the initiative of a group of grape growers and wine producers from the region of O Salnés, as they decided to bring their production to a professional level. The cooperative, named "Sociedad Cooperativa Vitivinícola Arousana", currently consists of over 430 wine producers. It is the most important cooperative by number of members in the DO Rías Baixas.
The winery is located in the Val do Salnés area and has 220 hectares of its own vineyards, which extend over 2000 plots.
Sustainable viticulture
Paco & Lola, since its inception, has opted for sustainable production, introduced directly by the management and integrated into the viticulture. This is their commitment to sustainability and respect for the environment.
Since 2010, you are a member of the Life Project "Viñas Atlánticas" (Life + Atlantic Vineyards) , an innovative project that involves all winemakers to minimize the use of chemical products through different techniques and coordinated actions within a system of environmental management .
