Vinification of the Pinot Blanc Alte Reben Trocken Junge Wilde from Weingut Kilian Hunn.
This wine puts the spotlight clearly on one grape variety, and that is Pinot Blanc. Only impeccable grapes were used for this exceptionally balanced single-varietal wine from Weingut Kilian Hunn. In Baden, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of limestone and loess. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
