More information
The Weissburgunder Bio from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen presents itself in the glass in brilliant shimmering light yellow. The first nose of the Weissburgunder Bio flatters with notes of nashi pear, pears and honeysuckle. The fruity components of the bouquet are joined by more fruity-balsamic nuances.
The Fachwerk Weissburgunder Bio presents itself to the wine drinker wonderfully dry. This white wine never appears coarse or meager, but round and smooth. On the palate, the texture of this light-footed white wine is wonderfully creamy. Due to its present fruit acidity, the Weissburgunder Bio is fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this youthful from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen finally inspires with good length. There are again hints of honeysuckle and nashi pear.
Vinification of the Weissburgunder Bio from Fachwerk
This elegant white wine from Germany is organically vinified from the Weissburgunder grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes quickly reach the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After its end, the Weissburgunder Bio can further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months. After the wine is finished, the Weissburgunder Bio is carefully harmonized.
