The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Trentino-Alto Adige. Here the vines dig their roots deep into soils of limestone. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks and large wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the elegant Pinot Blanc Domus Alba is aged for several months in oak barrels.
